Terms of Service

An investment is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Your stylist will quote the non-refundable retainer and investment price during your consultation.

Any cancellation or changes to an appointment must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise your investment will be forfeited.

If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 72 hour window you must then schedule a new appointment and make another investment.

If you change the color or texture of your natural hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify Aubrey’s VIBES Extension Salon prior to the first installation appointment in order to schedule a new consultation. A new investment may be required.

Aubrey’s VIBES Extension Salon requires cash, Venmo/Zelle, or credit card as payment. Aubrey’s VIBES Salon will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.

You must agree to read the hair extension care and maintenance guide provided by your stylist. Aubrey’s VIBES Salon will recommend the proper products and care routine to be used on the extensions.

Aubrey’s VIBES Salon and our stylists are not responsible for any damage caused to the extensions due to improper care, allergic reactions to the beads, or any reason that may cause the client not to be able to wear the extensions.

There will be NO REFUNDS or discounts issued for any reason on extensions.

Loose hair cannot be distributed to any client that does not have a current cosmetology license. Hair will be stored only by Aubrey’s VIBES Salon and is only liable to hold the loose hair for 6 months after removal.
